I coach executives on what I've lived: leading through complexity, pressure, and politics.
After earning an entrepreneurship certificate from EPFL CREATE, I launched one of the first international online adventure travel companies. Fifteen years leading a multicultural team across continents, navigating uncertainty, then a successful exit.
That experience taught me what no MBA teaches: how corporate politics derail good strategies, how capable people get stuck, and what pressure actually does to decision-making.
HOW I WORK
I came to entrepreneurship from political science and international economics. I learned how power operates, how systems resist change, and why smart people fail when they ignore politics. Later, as a foreign correspondent in Russia and the Middle East, I saw these dynamics at their most intense — competing narratives, hidden agendas, decisions made under impossible pressure.
These experiences sent me deeper. I completed an MSc in Coaching Psychology, then an Executive MBA in Business Technology. I wanted real tools — not theory — for helping leaders navigate complexity.
HOW IT CONNECTS
Now I work with senior executives facing situations that won't yield to conventional approaches. Corporate politics they can't read. Decisions that stay stuck. Patterns that keep repeating. I bring the strategic eye of an entrepreneur, the political understanding of someone who's studied and witnessed power, and the psychological depth to work with what's actually going on.
